What are the requirements to obtain a real estate broker license in Pennsylvania? 

• Must have completed a minimum of three years as a licensed salesperson 
• Must be at least 21 years of age 
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent 
• Complete 240 hours of instruction in the following courses: 

1. 1. Mandatory Courses
      • Real Estate Law (30 hours)
      • Real Estate Office Management (30 hours)
   2. Commission Developed Courses (Must take at least 3)
      • Real Estate Finance
      • Real Estate Sales
      • Non-Residential Property Management
      • Valuation of Income Producing Property
      • Residential Property Management
      • Valuation of Residential Property
      • Residential Construction
   3. Remaining courses can be made up of commission-developed courses or approved electives
